Fulfilment Officer

We have two exciting opportunities to join the Lending Operations team as a Fulfilment Officer in a permanent full-time role, ideally based in our Toowoomba office.
As a Fulfilment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of various loan fulfilment and security perfection tasks including, but not limited to, the preparation of loan documentation, confirming satisfaction of loan file documentation and loan conditions, settlement arrangement and completion.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Managing the loan fulfilment and security perfection requirements of Heritage and People’s Choice in line with regulatory requirements and directions set by the Board.
• Supporting our members in achieving their financial goals and objectives.
• Utilising our values to build and maintain relationships with our Member Experience Lending Teams and other key stakeholders.
