We are looking for an motiveted Fulfilment Operations Manager, who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end daily operations of the fulfilment unit. This role includes coaching and developing the operational teams, ensuring high-quality performance at the lowest possible cost, and maintaining a safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment.

• You have profund experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in logistics, distribution or retail.
• You have proven professional experience in leading, motivating and developing people.
• You have experience in delegating responsibilities, setting priorities and follow-up actions.
• You have strong analytical skills, understanding of budgeting, costs, and key performance measurements for planning and improving your unit.
• You are skilled in managing high-volume retail operations with flexibility, speed, and simplicity.
• You have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in English and Local language.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the operational excellence, performance, and development of fulfilment units.
• Implement improvements, new operational processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency across inbound, replenishment, outbound and service execution operations.
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation with the Fulfilment Integration team, support functions, and external transport/service providers to optimize goods availability.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, internal regulations, and local health, safety, security, and environmental legislation.
• Lead, coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve high performance, focusing on communication, flexibility, competence development, and succession planning.
• Implement the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in the fulfilment unit operations.
