SKILLS YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Two years of recruiting experience, with an emphasis in data mining for candidates using Boolean strings.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office products and social media.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System use for requisition management and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
