Full Stack C#.NET Software Developer

Local Financial Services Organisation are seeking a talented and experienced C#.NET Software Developer to join their dynamic development team
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects that push the boundaries of technology and applications. In this role you will be engaged in all aspects of the development cycle to create and maintain a variety of applications to service clients and other internal teams. The successful candidate will join the development team and perform the important role of engaging with team members to improve internal systems and applications to meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using the following languages: C#, JavaScript, React, jQuery, DataFlex, DB2 SQL PL and other code as required.
• Work with web services and IBM or Microsoft SQL databases.
• Revise, update, refactor software code to meet design specifications.
• Translate requirements into a comprehensive system design, outlining the architecture, components, and data flow of the software.
• Develop and execute unit tests to validate the functionality of individual code modules.
• Collaborate with the Helpdesk/Applications team to identify and address bugs or issues in the code

About you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid foundation in software development (perhaps 2 - 5 years experience) with proficiency in languages such as C#.Net, JavaScript, ReactJs and other related languages, and hands-on experience working with web services and SQL back end data sources. Your ability to translate requirements into efficient and scalable code will be crucial to your success.
You will be a team player, understanding the importance of collaboration, a sound communicator and possess a strong desire to deliver customer focused outcomes. In addition, you will posses a desire to learn and develop your skills, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks to deliver successful outcomes. You will be provided with comprehensive training and support along the way as required.
