LOCATION: TORONTO, ON (THRICE A WEEK ONSITE)

We currently have an opportunity for a senior Full Stack Developer within the Corporate Systems Technology & Operations (T&O) Business Intelligence group. This developer will be responsible for designing and enhancing analytic and insightful reporting, dashboard, solutions for corporate real estate using data from internal and external sources. This position presents exciting opportunities to be involved in shaping the Corporate Real Estate technology landscape by delivering key business values for innovative projects. The team embraces an innovative mindset while exploring new solutions and technologies to continuously improve our analytic platform and build infrastructure for our climate data management platform. We are seeking a talented and adaptable Technology Developer to develop and maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities. You will be responsible for technical design and development for on-premises and cloud initiatives.

• Performing application programming activities, including analyzing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying applications programs.
• Create technical design, development, and implementation of applications.
• Conduct code peer reviews and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and adherence to emerging standards and practices.
• Work in an Agile team environment which is fast paced, fun and collaborative.
• Ensuring the operating efficiency of existing application systems. Maintaining records for the documentation of systems development and revisions
• Working with various client internal teams for software feature delivery, support, and bug fixes
• Conduct effective automation unit testing along with the build activities.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, responsiveness of applications.
• Work with technology vendors to help drive seamless delivery of dependent applications.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews of application, development, and processes, continually working to contribute to a learning environment and sharing with others.
• Provide technical solutions and manage project deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure system design through well-defined interfaces with a strong emphasis on reusable components.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and ensure that they reflect the current state.
• Ensure compliance with Client technology standards and technology currency requirements.
• Adopt Client DevOps practices and help production support in automating processes.
• Stay current and competitive by keeping up to date with the latest platform capabilities, security, performance, and reusability.
