Full stack developer - Team Lead

WHAT WE NEED:

• Completed studies in (business) computer science or completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or application development
• 15 years of professional experience in the development of web-based applications, front and backend.
• 10 years of professional experience in Angular web development and typescript, as well as HTML5, CSS3.
• 15 years of professional experience in .NET and or .NETCore platforms, mainly in C# language (VB.NET is an advantage).
• 15 years of professional experience in relational databases in particular SQL and T-SQL knowledge.
• 15 years of professional experience of software development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and VS Code, as well as MSSQL and GIT.
• 10 years of professional experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud (i.e. App Services, Resources, SQL as a Service, DevOps, Pipelines, YAML, …).
• Strong global perspective and intercultural competence in working with international teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to listen to team members and communicate instructions effectively.
• Ability to lead, direct and control team members.

• Analysis, design and development or further development of company-wide and cross-disciplinary web-based software applications used by the organisation and/or customers.
• Documentation of the developed software applications.
• Planning, coordination, requirement collection and analysis up to software and data structure design and development.
• Quality assurance of the developed software in the form of unit and integration tests.
• Technical consulting for inquiries from the different divisions of the company.
• Constant acquisition of current technology knowledge and observation of market trends.
• Compliance and assurance of the international standards defined by law (e.g. GPDR) or the company.
• Cooperate with the other departments of the company in such a way that the flow of information functions smoothly at all times and good overall cooperation is ensured.
• Carry out individual assignments on the instructions of the supervisor, which by their nature are part of his/her job or result from operational necessity.
