Full-Stack Developer

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Angular;
• Minimum 5 years of specific experience in Java;
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in webservices SOAP and REST;
• Proficient in Java and Angular;
• Good understanding of Oracle and WebLogic, webservices SOAP and REST, spring boot;
• Familiarity with Drools, CI/CD techniques, and AWS;
• Capacity of delivering business and technical presentations;
• Capacity of maintaining high-quality standards;
• Adaptability to rapid changes in technology;
• Proactive and collaborative team player;
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in writing clear and structured technical documents;
• Experience in participating in technical meetings;
• Essential non-technical skills required due to the international organization setting;
• Ability to integrate into an international/multicultural environment;
• Quick self-starting ability and experience working within a team;
• Experience in participation in multilingual meetings;
• Proficiency in working in a multicultural environment on multiple large projects;
• Excellent team player;
• Fluency in written and spoken English at level C1;
• High level of discretion and integrity due to the management and maintenance of personal and confidential data within MARE E3 applications.

• Developing front-end website architecture;
• Designing user interactions on web pages;
• Developing back-end website applications;
• Implementing core business logic;
• Creating servers and databases for functionality;
• Maintaining CI/CD pipeline;
• Understanding and implementing security and data protection;
• Optimizing for cross-platform compatibility;
• Designing responsive applications;
• Designing and developing APIs;
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software;
• Taking the lead on projects, as needed;
• Maintaining code integrity and organization;
• Writing clean, functional code on the front and back-end;
• Compiling and analyzing data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement;
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues;
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs;
• Writing technical documentation.
