JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketer to join our team to lead all marketing efforts at Lessonspace.
For the time being, this will be our only full-time marketing hire and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth, however it will involve a lot of hands-on work. The intention is for this to evolve into an executive leadership role in the near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with all team members from sales, to product, to curriculum to align marketing initiatives with our business goals.
  • Create compelling content to effectively communicate our value proposition across various marketing channels, including social media, email, partnerships, conferences etc.
  • Plan and execute a variety of marketing initiatives from end-to-end, taking full ownership of projects.
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed, and report on initiatives to keep the team up to date.
  • Lead initiatives to improve user engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.
