Description:
WE HELP THE WORLD RUN BETTER
At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack (Senior) Developer (f/m/d) to join our team and help develop applications and capabilities for our Digital Manufacturing (DM) solution. This cloud-based solution, built on BTP, offers features around manufacturing insights, execution, and automation. It integrates with SAP’s ERP solutions and extends into our customer’s factories, offering connectivity with machines and equipment based on open protocols like OPC UA and MQTT.
In addition to this, we’re also working on edge approaches to optimize resiliency and latency of our scenarios, as well as Machine Learning (e.g., for Visual Inspection or LLM-based assistants on log files). The ever-changing technologies and system environments will require your flexibility and provide you with the opportunity to explore new areas.
As part of our development scrum team, you will work according to agile principles, contributing to this strategic growth topic. Your role will involve translating business requirements into solutions from an engineering perspective. You will collaborate closely with other engineering scrum teams and the DM product management in different locations such as Walldorf, Bangalore, Shanghai, Waterloo, and Kyiv. As we are a customer-driven organization, you will help shape the product with internal and external stakeholders.
