JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide high quality of customer service to all customers
• Contributes to a positive team environment
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including cashiering and preparation of drinks from espressos to matcha
• Anticipates customer and store needs by continuously assessing the environment and customers for cues
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge upholding KYO KOHEE’s culture, values and mission
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-day work week, rotating shift (weekdays only)
• Willingness to learn attitude and grow with the company
• Good working attitude and mindset
• Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in spoken English
• Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• No experience required, training will be provided
