JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Responsible for sorting freight and ensuring all shipments move through stations seamlessly, safely, and with care so that the company deliver on service promises.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Safely manage and internally move consignments that come in and out of stations in a timely manner.
• Label consignments properly for efficient route.
• Sort consignments to the correct delivery area.
• Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times.
• Manage opening & closing of trailers (including assisting with sealing)
• Manage opening & closing of gates.
• Manage restraining & un-restraining of freight (including scanning)
