Steel Vintage Bikes GmbH, a world-renowned trader of vintage racing bicycles and operator of a thriving bike cafe and concept store in Berlin, is on the hunt for a Full-time Manager for our Brunch Café/Restaurant. Located in the heart of Germany’s bustling capital, we’ve been serving up a unique blend of cycle culture and delicious dining since 2012. We’re looking for someone who can bring their enthusiasm and management skills to our team, helping us continue to grow and provide exceptional service. Tasks

• Supervision of one of our cafés
• Managing the team and extending it with new staff members
• Controlling and achieving high standard of food and service quality
• Setting and achieving monetary goals for the location

Requirements

• Experience as a manager of a restaurant or café
• Experience as leading chef / cook
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Professional and calm work even in stressful situations
• Good German and, if necessary, English, both spoken and written
