Location: 1 position available in Griffth and 1 position available in Leeton.
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunchbreak) Some Saturdays required
Reports to: General Manager
Remuneration: Retainer & Commission

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lanhams Motor Group is looking for a New Car / Used car Salesperson to join our existing team.
The right applicant will be selling from our range of Ford, Hyundai, LDV new vehicle brands plus our entire used vehicle stock giving the successful applicant enormous opportunity.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Provide top level customer service and follow up
- Develop new business opportunities
- Build on and seek opportunities from existing customers
- Achieving sales targets
To be successful in this role, applicants will:
- Be a passionate and motivated individual that has a passion for sales, willingness to learn, a can-do attitude.
- Possess excellent customer service & communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and needs
- Be able to build a great rapport and relationships with customers
- Sales experience is desired, however full training will be provided as well as enrolling you into Ford Guild training programs.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Good computer and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- Accuracy to attention to detail
- Hold a current FULL NSW drivers license
- Be able to drive a manual vehicle
- Basic mechanical knowledge would be preferre
