Designer Exchange is a company that specialises in buying, selling, and exchanging pre-loved designer accessories. Our stores are located in Knightsbridge, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cheshire Oaks and Madrid.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant for Our Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Store. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to create a positive experience, managing inventory and merchandising, and achieving sales goals. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
Created with admiration for designer handbags and a passion for sustainability, Designer Exchange aims to revolutionise the previously owned luxury industry. Combined, our team has over 20 years industry experience and guarantee that all handbags and accessories are authentic. Our team of experts physically check 100% of our products.Designer Exchange has created a safe store environment and website platform for customers to buy and sell luxury items.
The successful applicant will be expected work 5 days a week (including some weekends). We also offer an uncapped bonus scheme for all staff based on store performance.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

- Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
