  We are looking for a Butcher or an aspiring Butcher to join our excellent Butchery team. Our work environment is busy and dynamic and will require fast and efficient workers with excellent customer service.

• Competent to correctly and efficiently break down and boning carcasses
• Cut and process orders to exact customer’s specifications
• Operate and maintain butchery machinery (mincer, bandsaw, etc.)
• Ensure quality control, presentation and hygiene standards are met and maintained
• Assisting with stocking units
• Replenishing stock
• Assisting and serving customers
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Presenting your area to the highest possible standard whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety and Food Safety
  Hours discussed in interview.
