Dublin One Hotel is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable check-in and check-out process. Additionally, the Receptionist will handle inquiries, provide information about the hotel and its amenities, and assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have during their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and team work.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Handle reservations and booking inquiries accurately, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
