Project Overview:Keystone Solutions is engaged in a significant HR transformation project for a key player in the mobility and economic development sector in Belgium. The objective is to centralize and secure HR data within integrated tools, including SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and bespoke developments.
Mission:As a Functional Analyst Consultant, you will be affiliated with the IT direction within the Specific Solutions department, managing various local applications. Your mission will be to prepare for the migration and integration of specific developments into SAP and SuccessFactors solutions. You will analyze existing functionalities and data schemas to facilitate the analytical work required for the HR project.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional analyst preparing and transitioning to an SAP environment.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in detailed functional analyses for data migration to SAP.
• Expertise in detailed functional analyses of specific developments.
• Proficient in seeking consensus and solutions.
• Excellent active listening, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to establish trustful relationships with all stakeholders.
• Quick to master diverse content.
• Capable of drafting detailed functional specifications (SFD).
• Understanding of technological stakes.
• Team spirit and excellent writing skills.
• Expertise in HR domains is a plus.
• Expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors is an asset.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Analysis methods and languages: BPMN.
• Project management methodological framework.
• Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).

• Inventory existing functionalities of current specific applications.
• Model and draft functional dossiers related to application analyses.
• Facilitate, animate, and document meetings with stakeholders (developers, end-users, local management).
• Estimate impacts and risks related to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities).
