Join our IT Solutions Squad at Keystone Solutions, where we leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional solutions in asset management. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you’ll be working on consultancy missions at client sites, tackling dynamic projects that provide broad exposure and invaluable experience. Our small, hands-on team consists of 2 developers and 2 analysts, working closely with business colleagues on data and digital projects. Our team is young, dynamic, and dedicated to providing high-quality services to both internal business clients and external institutional clients.

HARD SKILLS:

• At least 2 years of experience in software development as a business, functional, or test analyst.
• Strong foundation in writing use cases and business requirements, process modeling, SQL, and overall testing knowledge.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Postman, DBeaver.
• English fluency, both written and spoken, is an absolute must.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly asset management, is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing is a plus.

As an analyst in the IT Solutions Squad, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility is to understand and document the business requirements of stakeholders and to ensure that software solutions align with strategic goals. You will conduct thorough analysis to identify and define functional requirements, detailing how the software should perform to meet business objectives. This involves engaging with various departments.
You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation, such as user stories, use cases, and functional documentation, to clearly communicate requirements to the development team. Working closely with developers, you will provide clarification and ensure that the software design meets the specified requirements. Additionally, you will play a significant role in testing, developing test plans, writing test cases, and performing functional testing.
