Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team and provide expertise in configuring, upgrading, and integrating two key products: Assetic from Brightly for asset management and Aurion for HRIS resources. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and integration of these systems within our clients’ business environments.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Configuration Management: Collaborate with clients to configure Assetic and Aurion systems, customize settings, and conduct thorough testing.
- Upgrade Support: Stay updated on product releases, plan and execute upgrades with minimal disruption, and conduct post-upgrade testing.
- Integration Solutions: Assess existing systems for integration, develop strategies, and provide ongoing support for seamless connections.
- Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training, provide ongoing support, and create documentation for client self-service.
