JOB DESCRIPTION:

ARLP is embarking on a financial transformation to the Oracle Fusion Cloud, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join us during this exciting journey. This is an opportunity to join one of Tulsa’s premier energy companies and make an immediate impact. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of Financials, Projects, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to join our team during the launch phase of our implementation. The SME will play a critical role in designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across various functional areas. This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, business processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Expert knowledge of at least one functional area (Financials, Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
• Previous experience with Oracle Fusion data structures, security, and workflows.
• Experience with full software development life cycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.
• Experience presenting functional solutions to business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
• May require some travel within the Alliance family of companies
• Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for prolonged periods of time
• Full-time onsite role based in Tulsa, Oklahoma

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations.
• Incorporate Oracle cloud business applications best practices into the overall cloud platform vision with functional architecture/solution configurations.
• Ensure the functional transformation aligns with Oracle ERP best practices.
• Provide expertise in data migration, integrations, and reporting within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and enhancements, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Define test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes and requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users, ensuring their participation and feedback.
• Train end-users in Oracle Fusion functionality and best practices.
