REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Qualifications and experience required for the role - 5 to 8 years in a similar role
• Previous leadership experience in people & culture roles within financial services industry, banking experience is highly desired.
• Significant organisational change delivery experience within cross-functional agile project and/ or business teams.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge across the following key subject mattercomponents of WS2, 3 & 4:o Operational Resilience (CPS230);o E2E Value Chains;o Service Provider Management;o Business Continuity Management;o Obligations Management;o Control Environment;o Risk Profiling.

• Provide leadership and support to the Head of Functional Delivery and Program Director to steward the overall Remedial Action Plan.
• Building out and operationalising an effective delivery model
• Collaborate, support and actively contribute to the delivery of design, implement and embed activities as instructed by work stream owners
• Provide strategic direction, hands-on insights, solution options, guidance and leadership
• Engage in thorough business analysis
• Actively contribute and prepare submissions to the Program rQ Design & Closure
• Determine closure criteria, contribute to drafting of closure memos and review evidence artefacts prior to submission Internal Audit/ Independent Reviewer
• Role modelling and upskilling key stakeholders on risk management best practices.
