Fund Accountant

We are representing one of the worlds largest real estate investment firms, using state-of-the-art technology to deliver best-in-class service to their portfolio companies. They work across an array of sectors including Hospitality, office, logistical, industrial and retail. With offices in the UK, US, Singapore and Luxembourg, they have a really strong global presence.
They are looking for a fund accountant to come and join the team on a maternity cover, 7 month FTC. Their office is based in London, but they offer hybrid working, split 2 days at home and 3 in the office.
Main responsibilities

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Professional experience in similar roles (Real Estate preferred)
• Team player
• Result oriented and hands on approach
• Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in accounting or accounting certification (e.g. ACCA preferred)/IFRS, UK GAAP knowledge
• Proficient user of MS Office (Intermediate MS Excel user ideally) and accounting software (Yardi preferred).
