FUND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2S-240124-002-MN)

THE STRENGTHS AND SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the English language is required.
- 10 years of experience related to US mutual fund, accounting, or audit experience.
- 10 years of experience in the use of Middle-to-Back Office platforms offering ABOR functionalities (SimCorp Dimension, SS&C HiPortfolio, Temenos Multifonds…).
- 10 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, specifically in the Investment Management, Funds Services or Securities Services industry including knowledge of investment strategies and markets and understanding of security types (including derivatives).
- 2-3 years of experience working with fixed income and derivative instruments strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Strong competency and sufficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…).
- Demonstrated client service delivery mentality toward both internal and external clients. In order to do so, you will follow the US calendar.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
- Proven excellence in leadership, team development and team building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements to maintain or increase quality and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of strong service delivery skills to internal and external partners.
- Experience with both US 40 Act mutual funds as well as institutional accounts.
- Experience working on SimCorp Dimension for ABOR functionalities.
- Extensive knowledge of the Middle-to-Back Office functions and workflows of the Investment Management & Funds Services industry.
- Well-developed skills in prioritization, organization, decision making, time management and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team leader with a proven ability to train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate team dynamics.
- Experience working in international environment and with different locations.
