• You perform implementation and administration of holding, financing, real estate or Private Equity/Debt companies
• You handle the day-to-day operations of companies at the client’s premises
• You keep company books and prepare periodic reports
• You maintain contact with auditors when applicable
• You are a key member of the client’s reporting pool
• You take part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
• You maintain the relationship with the clients
