  • he Interface Solutions group is responsible for client ‘portfolio’ data flows - inbound and outbound – interfacing with various Citco applications. As a global group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America Interface Solutions provides business support for all CFS offices as it concerns portfolio data flow needs. This support must be provided seamlessly and the various regions work together in a follow-the-sun model.T
  • he successful candidate will join the Interface Solutions Department – Reporting Team in Singapore whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of all aspects for outbound extracts to Clients and Vendors. The candidate will also be responsible for the effective management of all aspects for outbound instructs, swift trade instructions and swift cash payments to Clients, Vendors and Prime Brokers. As a group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, the team provides seamless support to all CFS offices on a global basis.T
  • he successful candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring and maintaining standard extracts and trade instructions provide support to business teams or clients as queries arrive.   • he successful candidate will be part of the Reconciliations Support Team whose responsibility will be to manage all aspects for currently supported reconciliations commencing with ensuring all counterparty account requirements are addressed, sourcing data, inclusive of rec and statements, and addressing daily production support issues.T
  • he Reconciliations Analyst will be responsible for requesting and following up on all data requests between parties, and insuring that all needed information is obtained on a timely basis. He or she will be responsible to self manage their workload, meet and report on deadlines to managers, and provide feedback to other departments on availability for the purpose of managing internal and external expectations around world.A

  • he Solutions stream is responsible for Interface Analytics publications, tactical operational solutions, business analysis, execution of risk mitigation plans, and to oversee the rollout of strategic initiatives. The candidate will be part of the Solutions stream and will be primarily responsible for owning, developing and supporting the team’s tactical solutions suite - Domain: Interface Operations; advanced Excel and VBA, Data Cleansing; Visual Management Boards (Qlik Sense, etc), RPA; BPMT
  • he candidate is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of Interface Solutions value proposition in Citco’s service offering. Solutions span across internal operations and client services as well as our clients.P
  • roficiency in VBA/Excel Macro coding in order streamline tasks carried out by other teams under the Interface Solutions umbrella.W
  • ork collaboratively with internal support teams to build dashboards that provide insightful and helpful metrics for management reporting.W
  • ork closely with counterparts to deliver ad hoc requests for updates to metrics dashboards and operational BAU tasks.D
  • elivery and maintenance of dashboards to leverage the data available on Qlik. The dashboards will be used for BAU / Operational Control.W
