• You will act as the liaison between Client staff and Accounting/Operations to on-board clients to Citco technology systems.
• Ability to understand the funds based on geographies, term and nature. Set up and test fund structures within Citco systems, including automation of capital transaction processing, consolidations, eliminations, currency exchange, and returns calculations.
• Analyse, convert and validate the financial data for any fund and be able to identify and resolve any blockages.
• Import/ export data from Yardi. Convert raw data into ETL compatible formats and resolve any errors.
• Provide Yardi support and best practice guidance to Accounting/Operations.
• Contribute to on-going discussions on operational process and best practices; document and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times.
• Participate in process and system enhancement projects as required
