Description:
To take ownership and responsibility for the application of professional administration processes and procedures of our Fundraising Projects team and where appropriate across Fundraising/the organisation.
This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth running of Fundraising activities, essentially the 2025 Art Trail as well as helping to secure the future direction of fundraising efforts.
This is a 12 month fixed term post.
To work closely with the Projects Manager, and Project Officer[s], to contribute to the development and success of the Art Trail in 2025.
Day to day administration tasks for the Fundraising Team, including income and expenditure processing, maintaining donor records on Raisers Edge, supporter enquiries, communications, and an assortment of project administration tasks.
