EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar operational or administration role in a busy office environment or function.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
To drive income generation and fundraising performance through providing excellent operational and administrative support to the Regular Giving Team, with particular focus on the Direct Dialogue Team. Leading on the implementation and development of the welcome process for new donors.
