Description:

We are looking for an Executive who will play a pivotal role in bolstering SNSA’s community network and fostering relationships with donors and pertinent organizations. This effort aims to secure funding via donations & grants, thereby supporting the Centre Manager (“CM”) and Exco in their strategic endeavours.
SNSA is all about empowering the local stroke community. Our stroke members come from all walks of life and we are looking to hire great people with a strong can-do attitude and compassion , who will reflect the diversity of the community we serve.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with 2 years’ of relevant fundraising experience is preferred
  • Strong organization, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Analytical & meticulous
  • Proficiency in time management, Microsoft Office application

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our fundraising team to achieve required targets set by the Fundraising Team
  • Prepare & write grant applications & fundraising proposals
  • Providing grants administration support and ensure compliance with Centre’s policies and donor reporting requirements
  • Oversee incoming grant process including grant registrations for grant donations
  • Monitor utilization of grants, oversee claim submissions and handles all queries from Grantor(s)
  • Maintaining donor database
  • Assist the Fundraising Team to identify new donors and develop engagement strategies to build up donor network
  • Conduct desk research and stay current on trends in philanthropy to identify new funding opportunities
  • Prepare reports detailing donor & programme impact
  • Facilitate engagement with corporations, donors & community partners
  • Perform related duties as assigned
