Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fundraising Specialist is accountable for generating and optimising the financial contribution made by individuals, groups and organisations through community giving and events. This role will develop, execute and optimise community events, virtual events and peer-to-peer initiatives that meet fundraising objectives, maximises awareness and reach of the Endeavour Foundation brand and engages families and caregivers of people we support.
In addition, this role will oversee Fundraising’s volunteer program and provide support to Endeavour Foundation’s flagship event, the Great Endeavour Rally. This role will support the entire event process including leadership of volunteers and administering the work of volunteers on the rally.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- 2IC for the Great Endeavour Rally event – including attending the event, support the event lead
- Run current Peer 2 Peer fundraising event
- Develop Peer 2 Peer fundraising portfolio of events
- Support general fundraising activities
- Strengthen community engagement activities
