A reputable offshore law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate with at least 4 years’ PQE to join their Investment Funds team based in Singapore. Candidates must have prior offshore experience and a Commonwealth qualification (other than Singapore). Candidates either on the ground in Singapore or have an interest in working in Singapore are encouraged to apply. This will be an opportunity to work on a wide range of fund matters including fund formations (PE and hedge), down-stream fund transactions, advising on fund regulatory issues at a leading team.
