Responsibilities:

As the Quality Manager Packaging ("Sub Network Lead Packaging"), you are accountable for the quality of the products manufactured and for ensuring compliance with valid specifications and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for all end-to-end Operations Quality product disposition activities and related processes including IRM, change management, and related data analytics. You will work closely with functional leaders and teams from Global Operations to develop strategies and set priorities in order to realize business ambitions. You will interact closely with the Chapters within Operations Quality to determine how to best allocate their members to Squads and teams supporting the Indianapolis site. The Quality Manager Packaging ("Sub Network Lead Packaging") is a member of the Global Operations Quality Extended Leadership team (GOQELT).
You are a strong and visionary and catalyst leader who is ready to collaborate with our operations and manufacturing sites to deliver high quality products to customers and patients, ensures our right to operate and helps us create value through leveraging analytics, process excellence, Lean Manufacturing and continual improvement efforts.
