Futures and Listed OTC Operations Associate - 12-month max term contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Solutions team within our Commodities and Global Markets - Futures Clearing team. It is an excellent market facing opportunity where you will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of tasks and functions relating to the listed derivatives industry.
This is a 12 month max term contract.

What role you will play?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in business related projects, shape our growing service offering to clients and work with a broad range of stakeholders across the business to continuously improve and optimise business operational processes, influence and drive change.
You will have an opportunity to learn within a supportive team environment, structured training and mentoring from a team of professionals.

What you offer

• Completed degree qualification
• 2-5 years’ of experience in a Financial Operations role
• Strong background and understanding of the financial markets
• Strong control mindset and an excellent working knowledge of Excel, Access and Macros
• Futures Clearing and / or OTC Clearing experience would be highly regarded
• High attention to detail, strong organisation skills and ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuous improvement process mindset.
