JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the EVP, Chief Banking Officer, develop and execute a digital strategy and product roadmap aligned with the company goals. Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products. Oversee the development of key products that optimize and support revenue growth in business and consumer. Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. This team supports product and customer reporting and will be committed to leveraging data driven insights to enhance decision making and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 15-20 years in digital and product role and 5 to10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing digital strategy, product development, and reporting functions.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
