Responsibilities:

As a Game Admin, you’ll be at the heart of our iGaming operations, responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of new game releases and ensuring the smooth flow of information between our Game Providers and clients. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our iGaming Deck’s game library, managing access, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collecting the info about game releases from individual Game Providers and creating a unified iGaming Deck game release roadmap with detailed info about game variations, RTP, volatility, jurisdictions etc.
  • Updating the newsletters with latest releases, sending it to the clients and notifying clients when the game has been released.
  • Adding the new games to iGaming Deck system and assigning it to the specific portals.
  • Collecting raw marketing materials (assets) from individual Game Providers and storing it in iGaming Deck Share Point.
  • Communicating with the Game Providers regarding configuration possibilities and different game versions.
  • Requesting the approval from Game Providers for new brands and clients and creating tickets for developers to setup the new brand and assign required Game Providers / games.
  • Creating user accounts and providing access to iGaming Deck Back Office.
  • Closely cooperating with Account Management team regarding supply of the games and different game version for the clients.
  • Making sure each game is properly categorised and has all necessary billing info.
  • Paying close attention to game provider e-mails and reacting instantly to any new restriction and/or end-of-life game e-mails, as well as RTP or game ID changes.
  • Updating the game library with any end-of-life games or any other game-related changes.
  • Updating the documentation about restricted territories, jurisdictions, currencies and languages.
  • Handling of all the game provider related documentation and occasional assistance with written guidelines and procedures.
  • Keeping the list of accesses to all Back Offices and Client Areas of Game Providers.
  • Assisting FLS with troubleshooting of gameplay issues, and reporting issues to the Game Providers.
  • Being aware of every major game provider issue and frequently pushing for it to be resolved through Project Managers.
