Description:

It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We’re a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.
With more than 300 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 55 nationalities and 42% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT:

We are currently growing our Lily’s Garden team and are on the search for Game Analysts to support the team on the Product and LiveOps side.
Instead of having a centralised Analytics team, our analysts are integrated directly into our game teams. This ensures that our teams have dedicated experts who comprehend the nuances of data and the evolving needs of individual teams. The impact you’ll have on the team’s success is by validating their decisions with data, providing invaluable insights which will help shape product roadmaps and by helping us foster a culture of data-driven decision making. You will therefore have a genuine impact on the game and on improving our players’ experiences.
So, if you are super passionate about games or mobile tech and have data deeply embedded in your DNA, then you might just be our missing piece!
This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office, as we truly believe that when talented people work closely together, amazing things happen! We therefore offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.

OKAY, LET’S GET A LITTLE BIT MORE SPECIFIC. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Analyse the performance of the game to help the Product/LiveOps team understand player behaviour, what to improve in the game and what is the estimated impact of each improvement
  • Create compelling dashboards to monitor key metrics of the game
  • Work closely with the Product/LiveOps team to design, analyse and derive conclusions from A/B tests
  • Help game designers and product specialists to balance game features
  • Work with developers to define the necessary tracking data points in the game
  • Present your findings to stakeholders (Product or LiveOps team members) and propose courses of action or improvements to the game
  • Work closely with the rest of the game analysts on the team and brainstorm on how to solve problems
