We are excited to be recruiting a rare opportunity for a leading venue dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and delivering excellence in all aspects of their Gaming Operations. They are looking forward to welcoming OR relocating their next Gaming Manager to Central NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Gaming Operations Department and staff performance
- Risk management related to gaming legalisations and compliance
- Being involved with and driving/developing the group events, loyalty programs and rewards
- Overseeing gaming products, jackpots, and programs for customers
- Reviewing and interpreting gaming data and gaming analytics
- Developing and being strategic to improve gaming revenue, gaming initiatives and future planning across the venues
- Reviewing and analysing existing customer behaviours and providing recommendations
- Strategy planning and reporting on gaming initiatives and future incentives
