You are passionate about the gaming environment and have previous demonstrated experience delivering exceptional experiences to customers and driving gaming turnover. You are looking for a role in an environment where you can grow as well as make a positive impact on the great culture in the venue. You are able to work in a small team driving our ’One Team’ core value and be relied on and trusted to work on your own at times and deliver on outcomes. While we understand that work/life balance is important, a key to this role is your availability to work 5 close shifts per week including weekends. We are always happy to have conversations about some ad hoc flexibility in a roster. Some other key requirements:
- Current NSW RSA/RCG and ARCG is mandatory
- Experience with gaming machines and able to troubleshoot
- Exceptional personal presentation and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Gaming Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the General Manager with the operation of the gaming room to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You will also monitor gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies and compliance requirements are adhered to by team members and guests alike.
