Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Watering, culling, and caring for plant inventory (primarily flowers and vegetables)
- Moving/merchandising plant inventory from growers’ racks to the retail floor
- Stocking and merchandising plants in accordance with merchandising guidelines and ensuring pricing signage accuracy
- Assisting customers
- Assist in soil management – pricing, inventory count
- Additional admin tasks - tracker for watering schedule, sprinkler system functionality
- Daily communicaiton via app/email on plant care, markdowns, fast sellers and pricing
