At Sterling, our retail stores are dedicated to providing a premium shopping experience for all our customers. We’re actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Retail Associates, playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales through service.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

Enthusiasm and a desire to work in retail
Understanding of high standards of customer service
Team player with experience in achieving common goals
Ideally, experience in retail, sales service, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with handling cash, credit, and till systems is desirable

YOUR ROLE:

As a Retail Associate, your primary focus is on delivering sales through exceptional service. As a valuable team member, you’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience by providing friendly and efficient customer service. Interacting with customers, demonstrating our products, and utilizing your product knowledge to achieve store sales targets will be at the forefront of your responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties encompass welcoming and assisting customers, providing advice on Sterling’s product selection, confidently demonstrating products, and actively contributing to achieving store sales targets. You’ll suggest add-on purchases, process transactions accurately, and escalate any customer care issues to the Showroom/Sales Manager.
