ABOUT THE ROLE

At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia’s most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in the West of Sydney.
As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead yourself and a small team in delivering quality small garden installations across Sydney. Your responsibilities will include installing new gardens and installations in a variety of locations, ensuring high standards are met. Liaising daily with your manager and client to ensure works are completed to the desired standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
• Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.
• Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
• Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
• Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.
