There is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust to support patient care within the Pharmacy Department.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to manage and supporting the development of Clinical Pharmacy and Medicines Management initiatives in the Gastroenterology Department. This pharmacist will also have a great opportunity to develop their specialist clinical skills within the wider Pharmacy Department.
Main duties of the job
Providing advanced and highly specialist clinical pharmacy service for the gastroenterology department at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust
Provide advanced assessment, advice, treatment, training, audit/research relating to the medicines management within the gastroenterology department
To lead and manage the pharmacy service for patients receiving immunosuppressive treatments and biologic therapy from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) team.
Provide safe and effective highly specialised pharmacy support to all service users
