Summary:
The OPEX Continuous Improvement Analyst will work cross-functionally with operations teams, including site leadership, HR, Finance, and IT. They will be working as a subject matter expert using lean principles and tools to improve work processes through continuous improvement. They will be responsible to drive continuous improvement for operations; focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, reducing waste, increasing efficiency and eliminating variation in transactional processes within operations.
