Description:

Summary:
Responsible for implementing processes and systems that effectively and efficiently delivers day to day HR service delivery requirements to multiple stakeholders, e.g., Executive Leadership Team, Line Managers, and Employees. The role implements analytical and methodical approach to address HR operations issues and concerns. The role is expected to leverage on technologies to improve, simplify and automate HR processes and systems. Getting direction and guidance from the HR Operations & People Analytics Lead, he/she will also be responsible to assess the efficiencies and effectiveness of HR processes and systems, working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The role will implement and achieve set objectives to deliver HR operations tasks, initiatives, plans and programs. At ease working with technical systems and data and implement actions to drive effective and efficient HR processes under his/her responsibility.

Job Scope:

  • Creates and executes site strategies for Social Development and engagement, aligned with Crawford model.
  • Executes and leads action planning for organizational pulse and climate survey
  • Ensure proper implementation of performance and talent development process for all employees in the center
  • Ensure exit interviews, clearances and off-boarding process are followed based on guidelines and completed within committed timelines
  • Responsible for taking various HR initiatives to employees and ensure proper communication of HR policies in the center. Also acts as the first level of interface between HR & Operations for all HR-related initiatives
  • Manages employee cases and handle all queries, grievances, escalations and ensure the same are resolved within guidelines and committed timelines
  • Handles and executes occupational health and safety management initiatives and programs based on standards set forth by Department of Labor and Employment.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • At least five (5) year’s work experience in HR specifically handling employee relations, employee cases management, employee engagement design and execution and performance management.
  • Strong labor relations knowledge and skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Advance working knowledge in Excel and Data Analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Pursues professional self-development and stays abreast of emerging trends and leading practices in employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
