Description:
On behalf of a multinational energy company, we’re seeking a skilled GDPR Consultant to work with Supply Chain Management. You will be part of our clients privacy team, organised under PSR Compliance, Improvement and Analysis. With a global reach and collaboration across the organisation, the team is focused on ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a key player in safeguarding privacy rights, the team works closely with procurement and business lines to mitigate compliance risks throughout the lifecycle of contracts.
As GDPR Consultant you will work on ensuring adherence to GDPR and other privacy standards by providing support and expert advice to compliance risk owners, mainly in PSR and in collaboration with LEG PS and TDI it security. If you’re passionate about privacy regulations and skilled in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, we want you on our team.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Master of law.
- Experience with supply chain management in a multinational energy company.
- Experience with supporting all categories and ensuring compliance with privacy law, EU’s General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) during execution of procurement activities and establishment of contracts.
- Ability to comply with and promote deliveries consistent with our clients values
- Fluent in English.
- Good communicator, and able to combine legal requirements with a practical day-to-day work for procurement personnel and requisition and contract owners.
Responsibilities:
- Support PSR and relevant business lines with necessary know how and performance of necessary task on our clients responsibility as Controller of personal data.
- Have close dialog with LEGAL and TDI it security expertise, leading advisors in SCM, and Data Protection Officer to facilitate lean work processes and updates of templates, management system, and awareness in PSR and relevant business lines.
- Assist in facilitating awareness campaign for contract teams, operational procurement’s, and relevant business lines in collaboration with LEG.
- Support PSR and business representatives with completion of relevant compliance task, such as drafting transfer impact assessments and data processing agreements.
- Support PSR and business line with GDPR issues being compliance with contracts hereunder suppliers process personal data.
- Collaborate with EMA to facilitate necessary GDPR compliance task in design and follow-up of GDPR in procurements.
- Produce and promote awareness material in collaboration with LEG, such as knowledge article, templates, illustration of relevant compliance processes.
