THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for people who are willing to be trained and learn Enterprise GRC to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our clients transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of projects.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, updating team members on progress, and mentoring the team.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on a need basis.
• Understand, analyze the requirements, allocate tasks, and update status reports.
• Prepare project documentation and procedures.
• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
• Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project.
• Compliance with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.
• Assist Project Lead for the successful execution of the project (estimation, reviews, customer satisfaction, etc.)

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• Strong academic background in relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Risk Management.
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work during US business hours.
• Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn new technologies and software.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level of integrity and strong ethical standards.
• Initiative, reliability, and resilience in taking on new challenges.
• Basic computer proficiency, with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite or other productivity tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge on SQL JavaScript, .NET, Python, HTML, and CSS, but not a must.
• Familiarity or interest in the field of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) would be advantageous, but not a must.
• Exposure to project work during academic career or through extracurricular activities can be a plus.
