Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

Your role helps our clients manage their complex challenges of deploying a globally mobile workforce. You’ll also help our clients improve their business in the evolving global economy and realize sustainable economic growth by helping them to integrate the people agenda into their business strategy.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff support Seniors and Managers of the engagement team on a raft of administrative processes and tasks throughout the end-to-end immigration application process. You will support the Global Coordination team and collaborate in delivering tasks across multiple immigration cases and applications for EY clients from case setup, case initiation, profile update, running of reports, billing and invoicing.
You will prepare draft communications, coordinate necessary documentation and manage case files ensuring all stakeholders (internal and external) experience seamless, capable and quality application processes.
You will stay abreast of regulatory changes, supporting Seniors and Managers in implementing necessary changes to their foreign workforce and processes in a timely manner.
You’ll assist Senior Associate(s) / Manager(s) in managing engagements by participating in business development initiatives, building, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

TASKS INCLUDE

  • Full scope of administrative support tasks across the immigration application lifecycle including but not restricted to;
  • Client initiations and communications
  • Document collection and review
  • Preparation of Reports and Presentations
  • Production of relevant documentation
  • Tracking of relevant documentation
  • Management of cases through EY tool
  • Case and file management and reporting
  • Billing

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Send initiation emails in accordance with guidelines and steps
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify, and escalate technical or process issues that may impact SLA’s, the client or immigration formalities (travel plans, dependents, health issues etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to EY’s risk management protocols
  • Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
  • Drive and manage technology tools and solutions
  • Communicate effectively to EY offices to ensure end-to-end coordination process
  • Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilisation and performance metrics
  • Deliver on quality and performance standards for accurate, complete and technically correct preparation (and submission where applicable), and accurate identification of potential issues
  • Process billing, billing reports, invoices and other financial related service reports required for billing clients
  • Foster positive work environment and manage conflict resolution
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of EY’s Global Immigration Tools and its requirements, technicalities and process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency
  • Work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete performance review annually including goal settings and professional development activities for team members and helping them meet them throughout the year
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required
  • Be effective on the floor in terms of sharing learning/insights with peers/juniors/seniors
  • Escalate case or project issues in a timely manner with proactive solution-based approach
  • Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables.
  • Attend mandatory trainings and certification courses
  • Amenability to do hybrid work set up (More than 2 days per week) in Mckinley West Taguig
