Across Sales & Marketing teams, we will leverage GenAI, Data and Machine Learning to identify the next best action, create tailored messaging to address specific client problems, provide real time support with relevant content and context and hyper personalize our outreaches so that clients receive the most relevant and latest information about solutions that can help them overcome very specific challenges and grow their business. In this role, you’ll have access to the most unique and one of the largest HCM data sets and do exploratory analysis & build machine learning models. It’s more than digits and dials - you’re making huge decisions that impact millions of clients.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS HANDS-ON ROLE, YOU WILL WORK ALONGSIDE ADP SERVICE LEADERS, FELLOW ARCHITECTS, ANALYTICS AND DATA SCIENCE TEAMS AND EXECUTIVES TO UNDERSTAND THEIR STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL DECISION-MAKING NEEDS. THEN, YOU’LL DESIGN AND BUILD CUTTING EDGE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS WHILE GUIDING DEVELOPERS AND STAKEHOLDERS AS YOUR DESIGN IS IMPLEMENTED, VALIDATED, AND SOCIALIZED.

Every day, you will promote architectural approaches and initiatives that drive service quality, operational effectives and associate productivity aligned with business strategy. Each day, you will start with a scrum and identify priorities within the current sprint or discuss a new project. Then you’ll create designs to guide the developers while they code what you design. In most cases, and especially when something is particularly critical, you will be rolling up your sleeves and coding. As a key member of the technical leadership team, you’ll communicate and collaborate with your team and cross-functionally, acting as the technical reference.
To thrive in this role, you have 15 plus years of experience in architecture, design, and building large-scale distributed services-oriented systems, particularly data lakes, data warehouses, AI/ML solutions and reporting metadata layers. You’ll need versatile knowledge of cloud data warehousing platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure and Snowflake and how to integrate those platforms with Salesforce CRM through CRM Analytics, Cognos, PowerBI, spokes and operational processes. You’ll also need expert level skills for developing and maintaining data pipelines, devops and data architectures. Our best architects are creative problem solvers who love a challenge. You will constantly mentor developers and collaborate with peer architects on other teams. You must be adept at teaching, leading, and influencing. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You’ll have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
  • Prior experience that would give you extra comfort in the role includes:
  • Working with Business Stakeholders and Service Technology Architecture teams (Salesforce, GenCloud, Glance, etc.) to capture functional and technical requirements.
  • Defining and documenting Data Integration Architectures/Solution Designs, ETL, Data Mapping for internal consumers of Enterprise Service data including Data Science teams, Enterprise Analytics teams and Business Unit teams.
  • Defining and documenting physical and virtual Data Integration Architectures for downstream integrations including Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift and applications such Salesforce CRM/CRMA (data flows, datasets, recipes, etc.).
  • Driving data standardization and reuse through strong use of data modeling and MDM practices
  • Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, Python, R, AWS components JSON.
  • Working knowledge with RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Mongo or DynamoDB
  • Working knowledge of Mulesoft, CRMA connectors, CRMA Data API, Kafka, Golden Gate
  • GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Public Cloud (AWS or Azure)
  • Defining and designing security architectures as required.
  • Provide support and technical guidance to development team to ensure implemented solutions are aligned with approved architectures and frameworks.
