As a General Admin Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation of our office in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teammates and individuals involved in the project.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong focus on attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail promptly and accurately
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with tasks as needed
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars effectively
  • Travel and transport arrangement
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a conducive work environment
  • Assist with basic IT and technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Update records and databases accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle basic accounting tasks like invoicing and expense tracking with strict attention to detail
  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Support office event and organise staff events and activities
