Description:

We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Daimler, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

  • Close cooperation with our Administration office for office needs (including requesting approvals, purchasing of office materials etc.)
  • Booking and reservation of rental cars, hotels, etc.
  • Getting quotations for external services (e.g. cleaning service companies)
  • Manage DHL/Post deliveries (outgoing and incoming)
  • Processing and storing invoices
  • Taking care of the pool cars used by employees (TÜV, accident damage etc.)
  • Support to simple IT tasks (instal Windows or driver to a new PC)
  • Lead the reception

Your profile:

  • Willing to work in Administration field
  • Experience from big/international company
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
  • Previous knowledge/experience in the same field or assistant jobs
  • Driving license (min. 2 years of active driving)
  • Fluent English and German language skills
